Empowering educators and adults across Europe with practical sustainability skills through innovative TEAL-based learning.
“Drops of Sustainable Development” is an innovative project in the field of adult education that aims to strengthen sustainability competences and promote environmentally responsible behaviour across Europe.
This is an Erasmus+ project, part of the European Union’s education and training programme, which places strong emphasis on sustainability, social inclusion and lifelong learning.
The project focuses on improving the capacity of educators and organisations to deliver high-quality sustainability education through the TEAL methodology, while also supporting adults in adopting more sustainable lifestyles.
By developing practical tools, training resources and digital learning solutions, DROPS contributes to building a more resilient and sustainability-oriented education ecosystem.
The project will enhance the competences of 120 educators, support 180 adults in changing behaviours towards sustainability, and improve educational practices in 30 organisations across partner countries.
Through research, training, pilot activities and dissemination, DROPS creates new opportunities for learning, collaboration and long-term impact in the field of sustainable development.
